We were in a bad spot, and this was the company that answered the call. The on-site techs were awesome, communication between the owner and office were on point. We got a diagnosis and estimate and had to schedule the repair for a later date. Both times we called, they were prompt and arrived as scheduled (as well as Ameren tech being right on time with their request as well) it made the whole experience absolutely perfect! We have had alot (and I mean ALOT) of negative experiences with local trades, including those who won't even show up or return a call, and we experienced none of that with Carmean! They will be the ones I call for my future electrical needs.
